I have seen posts about members getting everything in to two large flat rate boxes but I can't find any of the posts now.

I have a complete set of spindles, dust shields, calipers, rotors, lower ball joints that are in one assembly plus a pair of upper control arms. I want to save the buyer all the postage costs I can so please share how you packed them with me.

Probably have to break them down, rotors, dust shields, in one box other pieces in another. Just thinking out loud here. The flat rates can be up to 75lbs, if I'm not mistaken.

I wanted to send them as an assembly but I might have to pull them apart. Normally I wouldn't ship the rotors but these are nice and my helper they said were made in the USA. I haven't looked for the USA stamp yet.

With rotors it takes three boxes.

No chance they fit in any flat rate box as an assembly.

They MUST be broken down to go in flat rates.
