This is a 70 Dart Rally dash and i would like to know what these 3 pins are for

Two of them are for the dash lights, I can't see the whole path to see where the top one goes...

They are absolutely for the lights. I have no idea what the front of a rally dash looks like, but are they not indicator lights of some sort? It seems odd for 3 taps separated like that to feed dash lighting.
 
HB=high beam indicator, TS=turn signal indicator and IL=background lighting for gauges

Connector may look same or similar to this ('67). Insulation colors may be the same but check the service manual for '70
