HELP will these wheels fit

I have a 1974 dart sport with drum brakes. I need to know if a 15x6 with a 3.5 backspacing pro star wheel will fit with a 195/60/15 tire on it. On the front with out rubbing anywhere.

Should be fine, that tire is only about 24 inches tall.
