Actually I think I saw a plug that looked like that but it wouldn't fit in the switch. I will take a look when I get home.

This is what "may" have happened. The previous owner tried to replace the 71 switch with a 73 switch. When he found out that the 2 wire connector would not plug into the 73 switch, it was left hanging under the dash. We will find out as soon as salami340 has time to look at it.
I think this is exactly what happened. I located the red/green plug and it does not fit in my switch. They had it hidden behind the cluster. Thanks again everyone for their help!
