help with decode on 69 barracuda fenter tag related to weird interior option

I post questions related to my weird interior option. So I have a seperate thread for the decoding the finder tag in case other werent intrested in the interior issue but could help with the fender tag info. I will try and give all correct..tag is very rusty.

I believe that is what it says might have a few on bottom serial wrong.

That is not the mod pattern and it is in the wrong place. It is not OE but could be some in house dealer package or more likely a custom touch by the original owner.
