help with timing on 383

I have a stock bore 68 383 with flat top pistons the cam is a doug herbert cam with 480 lift 108* lobe seperation. what would be the starting point for timing? I could really use the help if the timing is on we will start looking to see if i have an intake leak just trying to trouble shoot. thanks shiifty

Initial 10deg, total 34deg, all in at 2200-2400, this with the vacuum advance disconnected and line from carb plugged. Once she's happy with that start bumping her up. I run mine at 12 and 36 on premium gas.
