Help with wipers!

I need help with how the linkage of the wipers work, I connected the shorter arm from the motor to the drivers side, but from there I'm lost. Also how to adjust the entire wiper so it can wipe a more wide spread area. It is a 1974 Dart Swinger, any help appreciated.
