I have drawn up a fuse & relay wiring diagram, modified pdf's of the pinouts from the original FSM, and made a flash with the necessary changes made in HPT format. With this package you have everything you need (knowledge wise) to modify your 04/05 truck harness & PCM to use in any vehicle. I have designed it for the truck 5.7 with or without the 545RFE. If anybody is interested in this package PM me your email and I will send it when I can. I'm attaching the fuse/relay diagram but cannot attach the many pdf's.

Please comment to this thread after you have reviewed them. These took a considerable amount of work so I hope you like them. If you have received them from me I have no problem with you sharing them, I just ask that you credit them as my work. Of course being "Thanked" on my profile is always welcomed.

I love seeing this kind of stuff! Thank you already for your offerings. I have not jumped into a gen 3 swap yet but you are tempting me!

You're welcome. Basically all your wiring is in C1, C2, C3 & if it's automatic C4. The rest of the pages are just to show you exactly where to connect on the other ends. That also allows you the opportunity to double check your connections.......
 
Chas.....I have a car 5.7, and a 545RFE. Do you think this would work for me? Even if it won't, I applaud and appreciate your efforts! :prayer:

The car motor (year dependent) has all the same connections if I am not mistaken. I imagine you will be using a truck pcm if you are going 545rfe?
 
Yep....an 05 truck PCM, or possibly one from a Mexican Hemi truck. Bouchillon can get those, and they supposedly have a better tune in them. I will need to find a truck harness either way. All I have at the moment is the car harness.
 
Thanks a ton for this effort!! This is really going to help keep my costs down on a 5.7 swap into a Scamp.

I have a few truck ECM's and probably have a couple of harnesses as well if you need something let me know....

To all I extend an apologize. I never intentionally dislike anyones post. I was contacted by chasmosis1 and was told that I dislike a post. I have tried to find out how to remove a dislike without success. If someone could help me remove the dislikes I will do it in an instant. Again I am sorry and never intended to disagree with anything. I very much appreciate each and everyone of the post.

No problem, you should be able to "undo rating" or send a moderator a msg foe them to chamge it. My apologies for jumping the gun
