ok, picture this. go 3 miles down dirt back road, then cut off onto another path that is only 7 feet wide for another good mile, then a 5 ft path for a 1/2 mile down a 14% grade. then you come to the bottom with a little flat area. get out of truck and walk 50 feet to the edge of the level area and look down into the gulley!!!!!!!!!!!.......................................................

Whoa , i must say , that is really frickin cool..what are the odds. Joe you have a real sense for those things

i dont care what car u tell me is back there i am not going into the woods with u lol

yes, a 73 numbers matching 340 auto car, and a 73 twister with the rare optioned dual hood scoops!.

only problem is.......................... that it does not look that bad in pics, but the embankment they are in is at a 18+ grage down hill.
i paid 400.00 for each car.
i spent 6 hrs last night cutting down all kinds of trees to get in there. rented a trailer, and a huge dayton 15k lb. winch.

i spent 4 hrs this morning trying to get either one out!..
not happening at all.

as you see, in the last pic, i had to call in a rollback.

here is what i say to the guys that do not like us flippers!. it is great when we can make a few buck, but who do we turn to when we lose our asses?

to get both out cost me 375.00 i paid 800.00 for the pair.= 1175.00
ok, return money................. sold 340 and trans for 350.00 may get 350.00 for the scoops, and maybe 200.00 in other items , oh, and the sport mirrors maybe 250.00
YOU DO THE MATH. HOW MUCH YOU THINK I MAKE OFF THEM?

WE DO NOT ALWAYS COME OUT ON TOP LIKE MOST THINK. BUT, I HAD FUN WITH MY TWO YOUNGINGS WATCHING AND LAUGHING AT HOW STUPID I AM, AND HOW AGGRAVATED I GET.LOL IT IS ALL IN A DAYS WORK, AND I GOT TO SAVE SOME MORE PARTS!

So, here is pics of the mirrors and scoops with just a hand wash, with no soap!

Here are some pics

you doing that by yourself? man what a chore we dug this 1960/61 valiant from a honey hole in Oklahoma years ago, the story is the father would do masonry work & take trades on cars for payments. He had another 60-61 valiant, a 64 chevelle, a 75 ish dart, a desoto, another 50's hemi car a large truck cab with flat bed, piles of motor & stuff. The daughter let us get out the 1 valiant & didn't ever return our calls --that was 2003.
It had gotten so hot that the back glass shattered on 1 of the 50's cars & the steering wheel had melted on another.
Fun times, we had the winch mounted to the trailer /spare tires & 2 adults to maneuver the car---

Be sure to get good pics of that hood so people can put them in the correct spot. You may want to talk to Daniel_Depetro about the scoops as his car came with them from the factory, but are missing.

Good find there.

A 15K winch wouldn't pull those out. Something is up with the winch or power supply.

Were the wheels totally locked on them. That winch should drag those cars on locked up rims and tires.

Good to see you got them out.

Nice Plot. Good on ya! Sometimes "It's not the kill, but the thrill of the chase"! I love those kind of drives!

next time you sell a 340 and trans for $350, look me up! nice find.

yea, i had to get them out by myself, and trying to teach my 6 y/o daughter how to work the winch remote.lol crack, it should pull them out, but the maual for the winch says that two batteries hooked into the truck battery is needed. all i had was one battery and not hooked into the tow rig!

So......What does this have to do with flippin again ?

Dont get it. Whats the point your trying to make ?

Is this the Pre-flip stage ?

it was intended to show all the guys that hate people that flip car, and for them to see that it is not always a win-win for the flipper. like myself.lol

Yeah that will do it. Not enough juice.
