well today I got more parts back from the sandblaster and was able to trial fit the floorhump to the car , then i dug out the old dilapitated pistol grip shifter I had bought for who knows what reason, anyway it was in pretty bad shape and i test fitted it into the waggin and it will never work so time for some funtime fabrication....found another shifter handle from a mustang layin in the parts pile and checked it for fit and decided if i combine the two i'd have something decent to use in saara

well she needs some new ankelettes so if ya have some nice 65 barracuda or valiant wheel lip moldings even if they need some work I'd like to get a lil' gift or four for my "Princess" I bought her about a month ago....a young lady had her for sale and her husband died and she is taking care of her mom her grandma and her son and needless to say....I paid a lil more than she was wantin.....it had disk brakes and big bolt pattern....what's a guy to do??? even with all the missing parts I couldn't pass up a pretty face, very rust free car and very little makeup (bondo)

Hey Waggs:

I just ordered some new wheel moldings for my Challenger. When they come, I can send you the ones from Asa. It's hard to find a box big enough and thin enough to ship these in. I hope the box for the Challenger moldings will be big enough.

Just found this thread. Nice car, can't wait to see how she turns out!

Thank's Karl let me know the shippin cost and I'll get that right out to ya,i'm gonna need em some of the ones i have are needin some luvvin

she'll be gettin all the formula s trimmings...four speed, V-8, sway bar, quick ratio steering and she already has disc brakes

i know this car has hit the back burner in favor of a really hottttt wheelstander project and a certain blue dream ......but this is the car i been waiting for an update on :D:D:D:D:toothy8::toothy8::toothy8:

Yeah Wags. you're going to have to burn some midnight oil to get these two projects going...Keep at it!

Xs 2 ....i can relate bcoz my Natalie (69dart) was going strong.....then more cars came along .....then my project goal changed and life happened and the car ended up parked next to the barn LOL.....outside parking to throw some salt right into the wound......but its ok .....projects can bounce back as quick as they can go cold.

she hasn't gone cold, I been patiently waiting for the rotisserie and bustin my hump on the wheelstander.....I haven't built a stock car in five years so the wheelie car is sendin adrenaline thru my system....I have been getting parts here and there back from the sandblaster and paining them and stickin em in the loft..Saara's still the apple of my eye...she'll have to tow the wheelie car to the track's LoL
