Are they floating pin, or pressed pin pistons? If they are floating pin, are all the spiral locks there?

They are floating pin if you choose to use them on floating rods. Yes, they have provision for spiral locks or c clips. Do I have the used spiral locks? Nope, they are where all used spiral locks belong...in the garbage. Only use new hardware with these things.
