highway cruising with 4.10 gears

there is no highway cruising with 4;10s
your waiting for a rod to come through the side of the block.
 
Daily driver and lots of highway = 2.96, 3.23, 3.55
Weekend cruiser with a good amount of highway = 3.55, 3.73
Weekend cruiser or daily with very little highway= 3.55, 3.73, 3.91
Weekend cruiser or daily with no highway and short trip= 4.11, 4.30, 4.56, 4.88, 5.13
 
Sure it's completely fine. BUT, I prefer lower rpm myself. If it's a short stroke engine they like RPM. It just depends on how long you want to live with the tall gears.
 
A lotta boats with all kinda engines cruise over 3k for hrs, under heavy load, and 4k is not unheard of,, ask me how I know..

I used to drive 30 mi on hiway to our strip ,, all summer long,, 5:12's 3500 rpm..

Tailpipes out to the back reduces the drone,, as do the mopar resonators..
