Sir that is not a double pumper/mechanical secondary carb. It is a vacuum secondary. You can tell by the vacuum chamber on the right rear side. Another way you can tell is if you open the throttle all the way by hand a mechanical sec carb will open the secondary's also. Good luck with the sale

yea he's right i used to have one thats vacuumed and its NOT electric its manual choke.

A lot of people get dual feed mixed up with double pumper. That's probably what happened. Good luck with the sale. That's a good price for it
