Holley has A-Body Gen 3 Hemi exhaust system on sale for $370+ with X pipe, mufflers& tail pipes. Crossmembers, transmission adapters, '73 and up spool mounts too. Most under $50. Just wanted to pass the info along.

Appreciate the info! Unfortunately, it sounds like a dump sale. Never to be produced again......

Maybe Holley is going electric too?? :D

Couple of days ago I went to the site and notice the Godzilla swap parts icon had replaced the G3 one. Could all add up to them dropping the G3 like Dodge did.

Glad I grabbed the A body headers about a year or so ago. Right now they are not available anymore.

I went looking and really can’t find much of anything on sale. Their clearance stuff is almost completely devoid of engine swap parts, for any engine.

Saw stuff that was discounted, but not what I would call “on sale”. But maybe I missed it.

I too am glad I was able to secure a set. Not really sure which direction I would have gone if the only thing that works with their mounts are manifolds.

Kind of bitter about the Dakota swap headers. Been wanting to do a G3 swap into a Dakota someday but they discontinued those headers too. Good thing I didn’t already buy a Dakota to do that with.

what are the white box engine mount brackets compard to the blackheart brackets. The white are only 50 bucks and the black 220 what am i missing?

Normally the white box is the same just no powder coating.
Makes no sense as literally 50 bucks? Thinking getting the holley gear and then just get custom headers made rather than use the tti and have to notch the fire wall and relocate wiper motor for the 6.4

I just recently bought the white box dakota hemi mounts and transmission crossmember. I think they are about to discontinue alot of the mopar swap stuff so they are clearancing then out. Wish they would have done that with the hemi dakota headers before they quit making them.

Just seen this post and snagged a set of the exhaust for my car so thanks! I'm a little late to the party, but if this helps anybody double check the Holley part numbers on eBay. They also have their Holley eBay store and I was able to get free shipping on my exhaust system through eBay. Prices from the sale are also reflected on the eBay parts.

I’m struggling with snagging mounts for an early Dakota. Like $150 for the whitebox motor mounts, crossmember and 8A adapter. I want to Hemi swap a Dakota someday, would prefer the next gen, but the prices for these are hard to beat even if they sit in a box for years. At the same time, it’s more of a “wouldn’t it be fun to…” rather than an actual plan. Ugh, decisions, decisions.

Note that the mounts and crossmember separately are just over $100 while the kit with both and a rubber mount are almost $150.

In putting a 340 in my dakota now. I just bought them to put them back so if I ever decide to hemi swap it will make it a little easier.

I don’t even have a truck I could use them on as of right now, but I hate to miss the opportunity. Unfortunately, I think I will be letting the idea slide.

The GenIII Holley engine mounts are the ones that move the engine forward?

Too be clear, the Holley A-Body motor mounts move the motor forward 1.75", but I don't know if any of their other kits move the motor forward.

The Hemi transmission cross member will work with the magnum engine. I just had to Drill two new holes for the left side frame mount. That's what I did on my 91 dakota sport frame. I am slowly getting everything to swap in a gen3 hemi into mine

Yep just purchased, engine mounts, 904 gear box mount and few other little mounts for just on 100 bucks lol. Now just have to figure out the headers as no longer make them

I am running into the same problem. No headers. I guess the next best thing is to turbo it, then don't have to worry about headers. Lol

Got it!

Heck for $50 it might be worth it. The mounting plates are right and if I ever did a GIII it would be easy to move the spools on the plate. Probably easier than me making a pattern and fabricating the entire mount myself. Hmmm.

Good point!

Probably just get a shop to fab up a custom set. Better than having to notch fire wall etc
