I have a good number of the 15 inch wheel centers , these are brand new stampings. The stamping was made from a CAD drawing a friend of mine did , using a 15 inch wheel and adding around the outside area , past the nubs to get to a 13.25 total measurement. They are 13.25 plus 1/16 across the whole center, for a press fit into bands that are 13.25 inches. That just happens to be the size of a factory Mopar 15 inch steel wheel band. With that size ( 13.25 ) they help clearance on some disc brake calipers.
