Looking to put a hood scoop on my '63 Plymouth. Who is making the good ones today, I haven't bought one in a while.

if you want to mount like a factory steel or aluminum scoop get one with the reversed lip on the inside like glass tek and use clips and bolts from the bottom like the factory did. depends how fussy you are.

If you are using a fiber glass hood, do like I did. I had a body shop cut the hood & bond the lip of the scoop on the underside of the hood & then body work the top side. I've been running mine for 7 plus years with no evidence of cracking or lifting.

Yeah that's where I'm going.. Tuck the clips under, cut hood and mount ..did it on my '63 Polara a some years ago, Just looking for a sturdy fiberglass hemi type. Checking out the ones mentioned. thanks
