Can a 67/68 barracuda hood fit on a 70 duster without modifications?

No but a 69 cuda hood will bolt right on to a 73-76 Dart Swinger or 4 door

I would say it would. But you have to change the whole front clip to make
it work completely. I belive it bolt to the hinges the same way.

No but a 69 cuda hood will bolt right on to a 73-76 Dart Swinger or 4 door

you are correct but you cannot go the other way without work to the hinges.
