how do you remove the horn pad from a 70 Duster. Thank you. I have to change the ignition switch.

Just pull it off. Pic of the wheel?
Mine is turn & pull, though I don't have a 70, nor a Duster, but just don't go yankin' like crazy is what I'm getting at.

My 70 Dart has a 2 spoke rim blow wheel. Screws are on the back to hold the pad on.

I have 3 spoke and no screws
the center pads sorta screws off,, turn and pull reasonably gently
