Housing end bolts

I've had a small issue with the bolts that hold the backing plates coming loose and leaking. Do y'all use loctite here?

they used to have squashed locking nuts on them , back yrs ago. maybe yours are worn out and won`t keep tight?----bob

ive got just regular lock washers but they arent doing the job. Which is why I thought of loctite

loctite will not hurt anything
