the first one was massive huge and that Vertical takoff was just insane!
 
I've been to a few military air shows and it never ceases to amaze me at what they can make these planes do..My favorite maneuver is when they take off and go vertical and give it full thrust. Another one is what they call sweeping the runway, where they do a fly over and point the nose skyward and run down the runway.. Its all awsome stuff...Bill

I have absolutely no problem with them doing that. I hope to one day take a ride with both the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds. See which one can make me throw up :twisted:
 
Yes Sir that is what I'm talking about.. And it was the Blue Angles too..Last year I drove 12 hrs. to Norfolk Va to see them and the Navy pilots were Just as good. One thing I found out at that air show that I didn't know is when they are performing there stunts at the air show it is all done with the pilots vision no computors or instruments flying the planes..My wife and I stayed On Va beach and the day before the show they were practicing out over the ocean. That was better than the show..These guys love to show off so you can imagine what they were doing...Bill:angel7::angel4:

That's their job. lol

I've seen both teams, Blue Angles and the Thunderbirds, I also saw a team from Canada who flew prop jobs. All were excellent.

...and yeah. I love it, too.
