Big ball joint UCA's, and the brakes that went with the spindles if they're pre-'73 (short answer).
Longer answer, if they're 70-72 B/E disk spindles then you either need to run the 2 piece rotors (expensive), or a set of spindle sleeves from Dr. Diff. Calipers and caliper brackets are the same as the 73+ stuff, although most of the calipers would be the pin type, not sliders.
You can even run the earlier drum spindles if you want, although you either need the brakes that came with the spindles or a disk conversion kit. I bought a set of drum spindles from a B body myself specifically to run one of Wilwood's disk kits that wasn't offered for any other type of spindle, but ended up going with my 73+ disk spindles and a Dr. Diff kit.
