How do I adjust trans?

My car won't start. Checked wiring to nuetral safety, and checked the kuetral safety, and that is all good. How do I adjust the linkage or tranny so it will turn over?

One way to check the neutral safety is to take the neutral safety wire off the terminal of the relay and then run a ground wire to that terminal. If the car starts, then you know you have a neutral switch problem - if it doesn't, look elsewhere.
