how do i empty my mailbox

i am 98 % full ,need to empty but need to save alot for parts people wanr for when sho quits can you help

i dont want to loose alot of info i have saved either how do i file it so i can pop up and read when i need too like to catagorize parts and cars

There is no way to categorize. To delete them you have to chk the little box on the far right of the msg....scroll down to the bottom, hit the drop down box(far right bottom) and select "delete"

Look at the bottom right of the PM page and see where it says to Export as.
This way you can save them as a file.
txt would be just a list of messages and csv is searchable with Microsoft Excel in case you look for something specific in the file (like a screen name, or a subject)
