how fast do you think

Sorry I havent been on lately... but 3.91 gears is looking good but I have no idea on price. Tell you what... slap a price on them and tell me. You know what they have been through (if anything) and all of that. Just as long as the teeth arent broken I will be a happy camper.

That cowl induction hood just looks like a beast every time I look at it. Makes me want to get one for my car but I have never seen a cowl induction hood on a 73 Swinger. The hood bubbles up in the middle and I just hope that some one (I think ARP does or Unlimited) makes a cowl induction hood for mine. Looking good there and I cant wait to see it tear up the strip!

bored and stroked sorry I havent got back with you on the gears, things have been a little crazy lately. How does 30.00 sound for the gears if you are still interested? Nothing wrong with them. You can look at them if you like. Also I ran my car this past weekend. Spur of the moment decisions. Good and bad news.My first run out I ran 11.46 @ 114mph with a 1.67 60ft. Bad news is Im blowing oil out of right exhaust. Pulled the plugs and found that my no.6 plug was smashed.Pulling motor this weekend to tear down. Want to get it running as soon as possible. Here is some pics.

Ok that works. Thanks for the price and you got yourself a deal. I wouldnt call that bad news either... sure you got to tear the engine down but running that low of a 1/4 mile with that nice 60ft. Just wait until you get it running perfecto. But I know what you mean by thens been busy... work has got me all confused and my boss is a wacko lol. By the way what gears you have in the car? Still the 4.30s?

Plug smashed? That cant be good. You have a nice ride there. I agree on moving that fuel system. If you route the line from the pump (in rear of car) thru the fenderwell hole for alignment access, and come up in the wheel well, you can plop the regulator right on the flat of the fender. I like 2 -6 lines to the carb, one to each bowl off the regulator. Use std straight fittings, and put a slight twist in it as you tighten the fitting, and the braid will keep it up off the valve cover.
