How hard to fix this scoop?

I just bought this scoop on E-bay for $190.00. Does that seem fair?
Also he said it's a factory scoop, and has four minor cracks. How easy do you think this is to fix, and how do you fix it?
Or do you think I could get away with bolting it on as is?

(I'm on a roll fixing things lately, I think I might be able to pull this off!

i think its called "bond-glass" which is a mix of fiberglass and bondo, try filling the cracks with it.

We call it Kittyhair,mulched fiberglass!Should be an easy fix.Nice score for sure!

Make sure you grind it down just a little so when you sand it there is some left in the cracks.

Use a dremel and grind down the crack a little like said above and stick some filler in it.

First you need to drill a small hole at the end of the crack to stop it from getting longer. Then take a dremel tool and Groove the crack deeper. I would a 2 part epoxy that is designed for fiber glass. Make sure its sandable.
