How much gloss?

67 Cuda interior:

The dash is painted a "flat" finish,got that.

The doors above the trim panel, A pillar trim, Rear seat trim above the interior panels, kick panels and roof rail molding.

What is the correct finish?

I cannot tell from the pics if it is full gloss on the upper doors.

I can't tell you for certain about a '67 Barracuda, but I used to wax the ones on my old '69 Dart as they were full gloss.
