how much paint????

can anyone tell me how much paint ( white, single stage urethane) I will need to paint 65 cuda, inside trunk and jams done. paint entire car including eng compartment, top and bottom of hood too.????? thanks

Probably 3 quarts, depending on how many coats you apply where. White will cover nicely and you could probably get by with two coats in which case you may use less, bit I like three.

"A gallon" used to be the usual convention. Sometimes, 3 quarts is as much money as a gallon. You can buy empties (cans) to store spare

Sherwin Williams 3quarts will be only about 10.00-20.00 dollars cheaper than a gallon.buy the extra.its worth having a little extra that is a perfect match,never know you might drop a piece of firewood fall out of your arms and bounce off the side of the fender(don't ask me how. ) just sayin sh?t happens! At least it was my wife's camero.

I WAS THINKIN 3 WOULD BE PLENTY BUT LIKE YA SAY 3 qTS BOUT AS CHEAP AS A GALLON. ( CHEAP IS NOT THE CORRECT WORD!!??) lol
