How much to tub a car?

Was just wondering, im floating the idea of making my Duster a strip car by next year, then i wouldnt have to worry bout making it so pretty LOL! Just a rough estimate of how much to tub and cage, with the cages ive heard the formula a hunderd bucks a point?

Hey Craig consider Mini tubbing its not nearly as costly and you can get a decent tire under the car, check out my red one.

its going to cost us about $1500 before custom cage, fuel cell, rims.....but its easyer when u have a family friend thats going to show/ educate us on how to do it.
