this is what im gona do im buildin one with stock clutchs and steels kevlar bands front and rear a b&m shift kit and a 3.8 leaver do you think its gona hold ?
 
You'll be better off using a Trans-go TF-2 kit rather than the B&M. I've used almost every kit on the market and the Trans-go is the only one that has always worked right for me. All the others are spotty (work right sometimes and sometimes have overlap problems) The Trans-go is a little more work installing because it addresses known problem areas of the torqueflite but it's well worth the extra effort.

I'd also recommend using better quality friction plates like the Red Eagle's or Blue plates.
