How to replace the Ignition Switch Cylinder?

I'm looking for the steps to replace the key cylinder for my ignition switch. I'm not seeing anything listed in the factory Plymouth manual. Thanks in advance!

push that little button on the side and pull it out.

Most likely, will be hard to get to w/o doing it.
