Awhile back, there were a few people that were going to try the Hughs Whiplash cam. Any reports on how they worked out?

I thought that was a series of cams, not just 1 in particular.

This car has one in it, @Charrlie_S.

The Whiplash is supposed to have a thump to it, but that sounds pretty tame. Sounds good, though.

From the specs I have seen, they have a short duration compared to the amount of lift, I am used to seeing. That means a fast lift rate. And they have tight valve lash settings. I was wondering about valve train longivity, compared to performance.

Isn’t it kind of hard to get an I6 cam to lope?

It can be done. I don't have one, but I've been around a couple.

I had one it’s it’s pretty decent cam still have it in good shape don’t have any issues with it just swapped it out for a solid

I've seen inline 6s lope harder than a 2 popper John Deere.
