I also don't know specifically what happend but can tell you that half the battle of correcting doing something wrong is admitting it. I have been screwed by guys in the past on car deals and the worst was from an attorney. But the one thing that was to same in every case was the people that screwed me never admitted they did something wrong.
I have found by past experiences that when people have done something wrong and admitted it they were able to move forward and try and not let it happen again. Now of course there are exceptions to every rule and the key is not to be the exception and really stand by your words.
We are all human and will tell you that even thought I have been genuine in my parts dealings I have on occasion been less than satifactory in some of my opinion outbursts. I have commited myself to be more restraintful and not respond with emotion. I forgot the golden rule in those cases and I was not at my best...
"Threat others how you would want to be treated".
So I would say DB15 being geniune and learning from your mistakes is all that anyone can ask of you.
