gee i don't know...like what about the rest of the money for the item, he was just going to trust you to send it after you got the parts, if so I never heard of deals like that.

Everybody I brought parts from, just a few on here, has an ebay account also and we exchange ebay member ids so we can checkout each others feedback on ebay

I don't think I would send money to a pay pal account if the guy had no ebay name or did not tell me.

BTW, if no show tomorrow I would contact pay pal and start posting names by the weekend, good luck
