I just learned '88 Sundances are classic cars.

Well, by PA DOT definition, it is an antique. Of course that doesn’t mean anyone wants it.

PA 101-9910 (relating to the Vehicle Code).

Antique motor vehicle—A motor vehicle, but not a reproduction thereof, manufactured more than 25 years prior to the current year, which has been maintained in or restored to a condition which is substantially in conformance with manufacturer specifications.

Classic motor vehicle—A self-propelled vehicle, but not a reproduction thereof, manufactured more than 10 years prior to the current year and because of discontinued production and limited availability, determined by the Department to be a model or make of significant value to collectors or exhibitors, and which has been maintained in or restored to a condition which is substantially in conformance with manufacturer specifications and appearance.

"Ok bub, here's $700 cold cash" Ooh, thanks for the sale, what are your plans with it? "I'm gonna drive it off a cliff for a video shoot...." No,, I will NOT sell it to you for that! Good day Sir! Ha ha, I'd love to hear that conversation.

88 Sundance review:
Pros: It was free.

Cons: Everything else...

the 2.5 turbo Shadows/Sundance were to be reckoned with in the late 80's/early 90's

so go FiTech and ditch your dual quads
It's not even morning yet and you're starting on me!?...
I had the pan up to the top of the thread make sure this wasn't some subject of world importance before I indulged you...

Oh.... I thought when you informed it was 2019, that you were stating for me to catch up with the times or get with the times..…

89 2.5? Hade absolutely every option. T-tops everything. Traded it in on a 93 ta and never looked back...

traded mine even up for a '66 Fairlane 2 dr hrdtp. My wife loved that Fairlane and claimed it as her own. She drove it everywhere, every day. I'm sorry I sold it.

I've had a couple turbo and non turbo '80s Mopars. They can be a riot, or very boring. Depends on what you got and how you drive em. Just like '60s iron.

I'm currently daily driving an '85 GLH-T with a Super 60 setup. On 14psi it'll spin through the first two gears from a roll. A bigger fuel pump is on the way. 20psi should be a riot!

I still want one of those with a w2 headed 340 in it. Mopar Performance sold the bolt in K frame for those that allowed you to bolt in a small block. Of course rear end was on you to fab in. It was available for a while so I bet there are still some out there.

a 13 second car is a 13 second car no matter the year
