I am having the two 4 inch holes cut into the hood under my dual snorkel to help cut down on some heat under the hood.

I need to get this to my body shop asap,
Thanks in advance..

I haven't found the exactl measurements but this gives a good indication.

I was thinking of cutting the whole diamond area out and using some seam sealer to seal the supports to the hood skin..
or using a 6" hole saw instead of the 4 " and cutting the two cutouts..

Rather than hole saws see if a local electrician has punches the size you want.

They will make a super clean hole

Does this scoop use the same grommets/seals as the dual scoop hoods?

If so, I would suggest trying some different sized diameter hole saws or punches on some scrap material to find the perfect diameter for your grommets/seals.

I used a hole saw. Then light file and sand paper. But have the rubber

I already had scoops on my hood when I bought the car but it didnt have the fresh air holes drilled. I just used the photos I found here for reference and drilled near the hood supports. I used a 4-1/8" hole saw for mine but it was a bit too big. The seal is in place and stays in but there is a bit of side to side play when the sheet metal is in the groove of the seal. If I could do it over, it would be 4".
