Well guys, went and bought a GM car. At work this week we got a 2002
Pontiac Sunfire towed in. Bad engine. 82,000 miles. They didn't want to
fix it at the price of labor and engine.
So I bought it from the guy. Not bad shape. I paid $300.00 for it.
Clean interior and the trans is good.
Im going to get a used engine and slap it in there. I'll drive it this coming
winter for a beater.
Hope to have about a grand in it when I'm done.
Please forgive me. Pics will follow.

sell it for 1500.00 and cherry the Duster some more:cheers:

shoot....for $300.00 you cant go wrong,gm or not...thats a good deal.

definitely some profit potential!

Hey sometimes you have to go to the other side..theres no other truck i'll ever own but a Ford..good luck with the Pontiac...

I've had good luck with GM in the past. They are pretty reliable cars,
sunfires and Cavaliers. They also get good gas mileage.
If after I'm done installing the engine and driving it, and don't like it.
I could sell it off for a good profit.
This is the second Pontiac I've owned.
The first was a 66 Tempest back in the 70's. Changed the engine in that.
Drove it for awhile and sold it for a good profit also.
Just so you guys know. This is the first GM in over 20 years!
