What am I missing with this car? Not very familiar with pre 67 cars.

The proud owner of this thing is smoking crack. It's a nice car, but overpriced by at a factor of about six times. I too have a 1 of 1 car. It's the only 69 Dart sitting inside my shop, making it quite rare, yes?
