Identify this interior trim

Can anyone identify these two pieces of interior trim?

The first one is part # 2587775

The second one is part # 2857675, it looks to me like a radio delete plate.

Just selling some parts, would be nice to know what they're for...

Any clue how this was installed? Where do the nuts bolt to?

Any clue how this was installed? Where do the nuts bolt to?

From what I've seen, the studs go through the bottom slot in a thumbwheel radio bezel, and the nuts just kind of hold it in place.
