The factory location for that switch is rear defrost. This is it on my car. 1972 Dart

Clock adjust never got a labeled bezel, just a nut. It was spring loaded. Pull to adjust time.

That’s how it functions. Makes sense too it has no id bezel. My clock is broken so it doesn’t do anything right now. Think you nailed it . Thanks
