Ok after celebrating survival :drinkers: ( lots of beer), and riding with a friend to play football, i lost my keys....:banghead: can i remove the lock cylinder without my keys?

you can use a dremmel with a wheel on the slot to remove the nib and the lock cyl will come right out.

But why bother frigging around disassembling steering column, when one can just pop put passenger’s side door lock, and drop it off at a lock smith to generate a key or two; that is if your doors, and ignition locks are still keyed alike.
Reason for using passenger’s side lock; it is almost never used, and will still be factory fresh with little or no wear.

2 reasons. 1 I already have the replacement. 2 Iran out of money and gotta work in the am. I plan on getting a new key made next paycheck and putting my old cylinder back in
