Ignition System Identification Help

Can anyone help identify the make (MP, MSD, Proform etc) of this ignition system. If came out of a '68 340. There are no identifying labels or numbers on any of the pieces. I'm the 4th owner of this Formula S and I have no history of the vehicle. The distributor body and the cap have been painted. The original cap color was tan and the body was blue. I know its electronic and not the original dizzy. There is a small aluminum tab on the vacuum advance canister with the number 990??9 (can't read it all). I'd like to rebuild it but I can't identify the make. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

With no tag no, no way to tell The distributor is Mopar, whether factory, rebuilt parts store, or MP. It's very likely it's just a plain old factory distributor.

The "box" appears to be generic parts store. Who knows? Which Chineseo outfit made it
