Im lost at this stuff.... HELP?

I know this isn't the same mill as the OP's build, but, for comparative purposes, look at the Air Gap and Strip Dominator (similar to Victor) in the following article. Pay close attention to TQ readings from the 3000-4500 range... sometimes +20#/ft difference. That's a big acceleration difference in a car when pulling through that range. My 360 acted similar as the two intakes in the test.

To run a victor, the car is going to need a bunch of gear 4.30-4.56+ and a good 4500+ converter. If you can't stomach that, find a different intake.
 
My rule of thumb : don't do anything to the top end until you find out how strong the bottom end is. This will save you a ton of cash...
