image resizing help

What photo resizer are people using to post pics here. Any suggestions are welcome. I've been trying for a while with no luck. Thanks.
 
I right click on the picture, go to open, with paint, up in the left top is resize, click on that change it from 100% to 40% save as jpeg then hit save. It askes if I want to re save it I hit yes and wala I'm done. If you can't get it to work for you P.M. me your number and I will walk you through it.

Paint is super easy and most computers have it. Just reduce the image size by 50% or to your desired reduction size
 
a good multi resizer is light image resizer, real quick
