Ok I would like to know if anyone has installed an expansion tank etc i na way that can increase the capacity of the radiaor and thus help the cooling system some?

Here is one I was looking at, and would to know how best rather just connecting as an overflow to the radiator.

Is there a way and or pics somoeone has done to the intake coolant ports etc, and does it help to offer better cooling?

I am not looking for an overflow can, but a way to increase storage and flow etc..

thanks guys:)

Expansion tanks is just for expansion. Increasing storage (mass) will increase the time it takes to heat up - and the time it takes to cool back down. But it won't lower your peak operating temperature, save by maybe a degree or two if you can position it so that air flows over it. Your only real bet for better cooling is more flow (high flow water pump) or bigger/second heat exchanger.
