The rocker arms themselves are offset. Regular pushrods

No I don't. Sorry. If you go to Indy Cylinder head website you might find that answer

I think they are the same as 440 rockers so you can use the easier to find 440 rockers that are offset unlike the w2 and t/a offset rockers which are expensive.

Indybrocks use 440 rocker arms...that is why you see the offset.
