Hum, I see. Knobs for Inland and Hurst shifters aren't compatible. Much bigger on Inland.

I finally found a white ball to replace the ugly 66-67 Inland black one.
It's another Inland ball, but made for GM shifters. A nice Hurst ball clone
Same opening for the sliding reverse lock, and same 9/16-18 thread than the Mopar ones.
It fits perfectly and I love it.
With reverse gear engaged and amber warning light on.
