:dontknow:How does one measure instant center on my 70 Duster? Is there a measurement range that one wants ? Can you change instant center ? How critical is instant center to 60' times ?

i think the instant center on a leaf spring hotrod is the front spring eye. you can change it by making a new spring eye bracket with additional holes and fine tune it with the length of the rear shackle.

Is the adjustment indicitive to performance ? Is there a range 48% front ?
