There have been quite a few threads on here lately about how best to finish your intake manifold. Mainly as a Thank You to all of you who tag me in these threads, I've decided to help sway your decision when it comes to finding the right place to do it.

From today until November 15, 2021, I will deduct $50.00 off the Labor Total on every intake manifold that arrives at my shop!

The FAQ section on my website is tailored to new customers and is the best place to start when considering PSC for your refinishing needs. There is even a Quote Request Form on there you can use if you wish (it, along with the photos you provide, supplies all the info I need to give you the most accurate quote).

A few examples are shown below if you have never had an opportunity to check out my past work over the last 15 years with even more on my website Gallery. Most prefer to replicate the look of brand new aluminum while others like to match the engine color. My supplier has literally thousands of powder colors to choose from and I have a large number of Mopar-matching powders already in stock to turn your idea into reality.

Unlike your local guy who merely colors what you present, I devote the time and effort necessary to get the metal as close to perfect as possible before any powder starts flying. Each cast aluminum part is a unique piece -- some are smooth, some are bumpy, and most are a combination of both so I strive more for uniformity than outright perfection. Straight up though as always, intakes are one of my favorite things to restore and customize.

With the Fall Teardown Season approaching, it can get pretty crazy around here over the winter so the sooner you get it to me the sooner it will be finished.

Don't hesitate to Start a Conversation or give me a call after 10:00 a.m. Central U.S. time if you want to go over the basics or have any particular questions.

It's been a pleasure being a part of FABO for all these years and YOUR SUPPORT is the only thing that's kept my doors open since 2007! This is my way of Paying It Forward a little.

I look forward to working with you! Thanks for taking a moment to read this and check out some of my past creations.

When this fine Lady opened up her doors to her powder coating biz, I hopped right on in. Could not be happier with the results. It’s been many years and here is the first intake I sent her. Still looking great! Now on the new mill, this, if you can believe it, “Old” RPM still looks awesome.

First I spent my money on the best dual plane intake.
Then I made the smartest move by getting this powder coated by the best. A big thanks to LeAnna for outstanding work with a crazy winning personality.

A short time later….. well yea, I had to get her services again. While there still yet to be used, here they are freshly done in Alien Silver.

The 6 pack at her shop and the MP-M1-TR-LA at my house.

She does GREAT work!!!! Best in the business IMO. Attention to detail is whats sets her apart....

As timing would have it, today's Powder **** is a customized older Weiand intake for a 440 for an honored Army combat aviation vet on FBBO. He's delighted -- and that's all that truly matters in the end.

"Absolutely fabulous!! It looks better than new. I couldn't have imagined such stellar results Leanna. You way, way outdid yourself here. Thank you sooo much. You are a superstar."

He also won the Academy Award for Best Packing in the Intake Manifold Category! I think it could have fallen OFF the truck and it would survive the impact.

Thank you too in the meantime for the calls, messages and emails via the Quote Request Form! You guys are awesome!!!

Straight up as always, business literally boomed for ten months of 2020 despite the shutdowns ... right up until November 3 when it fell off like never before. Last winter was the most dismal "Really Busy Season" I've endured yet so I'm hoping this sale will bring some more of you to my work bench.

I've also decided NOT to charge for packing time no matter how long it takes to get your project secured and ready for its trip home. I know you could choose a local option with coaters on nearly every corner these days, so you shouldn't be penalized by deciding to ship your valued parts here. I want your experience to be 100% positive in every way and will do what I can to make sure that happens.

Thanks again!

Just a quickie bump to remind you my Intake Manifold Coatings Sale ends on November 15! Box it up and get it here before the end date to enjoy a $50 discount on the labor.

My latest Powder **** isn't on an intake, but the local Young Gun -- whose GSXR will soon be sporting refinished magnesium wheels -- is absolutely delighted! Here's a few teasers Before and After along with his fender color sample ...

Thanks for your support FABO!! I wouldn't be here without YOU.

Just to throw another pic out there. Here's my Edelbrock RPM AirGap Leanna did for me.
She did a little extra to throw a bit more of a 'shadow' on the bottom sides of the runners. And note the black lettering.
Everything I've sent Leanna has become a work of art with her expertise.

Final bump for the Intake Manifold Coatings Sale! It ends in less than two weeks so box it up and get it to me -- you'll save fifty bucks!

It's a custom in-house formulation of two colors actually, with a clear topcoat.

A little sideways here , but I`m quite happy with my polished victor on my 505 .
What was really neat , I had my car rewired at Smothers supercars (Talala , OK.) , at 77 , pushing 78 , I didn't feel like doing it again , anyway he has a 68 alum. hemi dart he's redoing , called King Kong , it has a carbon fiber finish on it that looks as real as , well , carbon fiber....beautiful car ...
