So I have a 340 , .030 over , 10.5/1 , .525 solid flat Cam , eddy heads with 1.6 RRs , Victor intake , 750 Brawler , 4 speed and 4.56s. It's mainly driven on the street and have some fun. I am planning on building another 340 in a year or 2 that will be more aggressive. I have an opportunity to purchase a Super Victor for a good price (new). 1) if I port matched it and bolted it on my current setup , would it give me any performance gains at all or would it have adverse effects? 2) would it be a better application for the new motor I plan on building or is my basic Victor good enough?

Stock stroke I would stick with an air gap, or if an aggressive combo, a Victor.
Super Victor has a huge plenum, and to me it’s viability is very combo specific.
 
Depends on RPM you are trying to see the diff. you will need to be 6k rpm for the Victors to do their thing..or the giggle juice (NO2). Victors are what youll need .
 
I have a similar 367 build, now with an Airgap, and am quite happy.
The problem I ran into, was that with 3.55s, a 292/108 Mopar cam, and a Single-plain intake, it was nearly impossible to drive slow enough to parade the car, cuz the engine was not happy running there.
Eventually, I found a 3.09 low gearset, a smaller cam, and the Airgap combination would go down to 3.66mph@500rpm@5* timing. After that, it pulled itself along quite nicely.
When that cam lost lobes, I bought/installed the next bigger cam from the same manufacturer, and this cam does not like 500rpm. But it does pretty good at 550=4mph, still at 5*.

With the 3.09 low and 3.55s, my equivalent starter-gear is 4.12s, to your 4.56s.
For you, 6550 is ~60 in Second, 82 in Third.
For me, 6550 is ~ 61 in first-over, and 77 in Second, and is 99 in Second over, cuz I have a GVod/splitter, lol .
On the street, I just gotta say, that the opportunity to run Second gear to redline are few and far between. I was very happy with my former cam, 223/230/110, and was very sad when it died. The next cam, 230/237/110 was a bit of a bugger to warm up to, and for a long time I was not a happy guy. Eventually, I got it tuned pretty good. but the truth is that I have been waiting ever since, (2005) for a good excuse to rip it out.
 
From dyno experience, the Victor 340 will be better than the Super Victor..........Unless you send it out for a full port job. Now you're talking big gains over the Victor 340.

It's pricey but I believe it's worth every penny.

I seriously doubt it( super Victor) would be worth anything on a stock stroke 340. If anything, wouldn’t surprise me if it was slower than a Victor.
 
The Super Victor was produced for higher RPM race motors, in my opinion. Stroker motors like big plenums at higher RPM. I don't think you will gain anything with it as a street intake.

I'm building a standard stroke 340 , maybe 3500 - 7000 rpm. 11.5/1 solid roller , should I just keep my regular victor?
 
My bad! Thought it was a stroker. These days I kinda just figure that a 4 inch stroke is part of EVERYONE'S build. I guess the old "never assume" is correct again.

I would say on many strokers even, a super Victor won’t do you any good, or might hurt.
Needs to be a pretty racy piece to have the need, imo.
Mine runs 10.20’s at 3300 plus with a flat tappet cam, and I think my Victor would be better than a super Victor. Just my opinion.
But I run the thing 6400-6500 rpm only.
