well this is more of a curiosity Q being that the car is along ways off from even needing the motor but, the motor is built. so here is goes!

right now i have the matching victor intake for my 2.20 Eddy Victors heads. its a 505 4.350bore x 4.250crank. its a comp cams .564 lift, 264 @.050. 10.2 comp with custom fenderwell exit headers.

i have been told that even with one big 4brl that it is hard to fuel big motors? sounds strange to me but if so what manifold should i run(granted 2ft mech stacks is the only choice but $$$)?

as u guys that have followed my post the car isn't far enough along to get really indepth specs but what they should be...
35-4500 stall
4.10 to 4.56 gears in a dana
car should be around 2700 to 2900lbs maybe less

and no those arn't the headers...

The more carb you throw at it,the better it will usually like it.

I'd put a super victor with a 1050 dominator on it. Same set up on a 505 with a smallish roller cam MW victors, made 770+hp. If that's not enough, then maybe a tunnel ram is in your future.

What cracked said, who's roller rockers are you going to use and who ever told ya that it's hard for a single 4 to fuel a stroked BB is nuts and you can tell him I said so.

ive kinda been waiting on the rockers so that they will come down in price and have more options but the muscle motors offset rockers look nice!

i was thinking of a tunnel ram later on to when i up the cam

seems low on the squeeze=10.2 + 264*@.050?

yea if i wasn't driving it on the street i would want at least 12.5:1. but after i start driving it and decide baised on how much i drive it i'll switch to alcohol and really get the squeeze on!

i wouldnt mess with the tunnel ram . That Victor intake will work great (and those heads)

you could get away with a 950 carb , but a well tuned 1050 / 1150 Dom will work great on that .

I would go bigger on the lift of the cam (unless you are done with the motor) - in the 590-600 range with those heads / intake. Are they standard port ?

my old cam worked great on the street AND the strip--it was 587/593 with 259/266 dur. in a 493ci . 10.8:1 - pump gas

A few of the modern grinds (Hughes for example) , offer bigger lift with less duration than the old shelf cams

Just my opinion of course !

i agree if its in that awb car ! ;)

yes the motor is for the AWB! and yes stacks would be in it if i had the money... of course!

but yea more or less this cam is just to get me used to the car and get it driving. a big cam is definatly gonna be in it!

the heads are Victors 2.20's with no work, just 3 angle. like i said in time the heads will be ported.

to be honest the reason the engine is so "mild" for what it is is because i have never driven anything near the power! so i built it with huge potential so i can grow into anything that i want to do with it!
